What is collected, and why.

The application form collects business name, address, contact name, email, optional phone, sector, revenue range, the areas you want the Service to look at, and an optional description of your situation. That information is used only to record a non-binding expression of interest, assign a reference number, generate the letter of interest (with the launch-cohort service conditions as Appendix A), arrange an electronic signature, and contact you about selection.

Signature is handled by eSignatures.com, which acts as a processor for that step. They receive the signer’s name, email, company name, the letter text, and a mobile number if one was given, and they record, as part of the signature record, the signer’s IP address, timestamps, delivery method, and which verification steps were completed (a code sent to the email on the letter, and SMS only if a mobile number was given). The signed PDF, including that record, is stored with the application. IP address is personal data; it is collected solely as evidence of the signature and is not used for advertising.

Nothing is sold or shared for advertising, and applicants are not published or named. Submissions are stored on Cloudflare, in D1 and R2, for this domain only.

Your plant's own data is a separate matter, and the answer is that none of it is collected. The Service is software you would run on your own computers from the beginning of 2027; it is designed so that your files stay where they already sit, the key that makes them readable is generated on your machines and never leaves them, nothing is logged, and no copies, backups, or usage records of your data are kept by us or by any subprocessor of ours. The default is local only, so nothing goes anywhere at all. Where a task would need a model larger than your hardware can run, nothing is sent unless you switch that option on; if you do, it is designed to execute in a hardware-isolated enclave in memory only — no disk writes, no logs, no retention of what was asked or answered, attestation before the session, destruction at the end of it, and no training on your data. Because we do not hold your operational data, the duties that fall on a holder or processor of data (under the GDPR, the CCPA, HIPAA, or export-control rules on technical data) are designed not to arise on our side. That is design intent, not a certificate: no certification exists today, we give no compliance warranty, and the design is to be verified by independent U.S. security experts before any plant's data is involved. It is not legal advice about your own obligations. The full wording is condition 12 of the service conditions.
